I offer two types of social media support: bulk content creation + monthly social media management. Bulk content creation is custom content {captions, images, posting schedule} curated to match your businesses' voice delivered to your inbox for you to post. This is offered in custom timeframes: 1 month of content, 3 months, or more. Monthly social media management includes me utilizing a scheduler with monthly analytics reports, engaging within your online community feed, and maintaining all details of your account as I hit publish on approved content. Monthly social media packages have the option to add on ad support.

Onboarding begins with me hearing all about your business needs and where you want to be with social media and beyond. We will take an inventory of your current business (social media and any other areas that might benefit from additional support) and set goals for our time together. This call is all about your vision and how I can support YOU.
After hearing about your business needs, I will create a strategy that is detail oriented with the big picture in mind. I will come to our first revision meeting with social media templates, captions, and images ready to share. I will establish a posting schedule and social media strategy.
Template not quite the right color? Need more multiple image templates or a caption adjustment? We will meet monthly (or as needed) to make any necessary revisions. These will be noted in your file and adjusted. As your business grows, your needs might change. Our check ins allow for priorities to shift and new strategies to be created and implemented.
Once we have a system in place with editable and reusable templates, a posting schedule, and content plans, we can move to a monthly maintenance service package or meet as needed. I will meet with you on your timeline to incorporate new content, revise and create new templates as needed, and manage posts on up to 2 platforms. I'm a former 4th grade teacher and team leader. In my teaching days you could find me at school early prepping for engaging activities and after school leading clubs like Student Council. Now, I volunteer through the Junior League of Chattanooga, planning events, facilitating volunteer opportunities, and organizing social opportunities like Book Club and Bunco game nights. I am a helper and hostess at heart. I can't wait to see how I can support you and your business!
